The first step is acid washing
Before spraying, the product should be acid washed and surface cleaned to remove impurities such as oil and dust on the surface of the product, in order to ensure strong adhesion of the powder coating. Method: Use chemical cleaning agents or sandblasting/shot blasting treatment.
Step 2
Add the specified spraying raw materials, place them in a dust-free spraying room, and dry them at low temperature in an oven
Step 3
There will be manual inspection to ensure that the surface is fully adhered

Natural drying
