The first step is acid washing
Before spraying, the product should be pickled and surface cleaned to remove impurities such as oil and dust on the surface of the product, in order to ensure strong adhesion of Fluorocarbon. Method: Use chemical cleaning agents or sandblasting/shot blasting treatment.
Step 2
Add the specified spraying raw materials
Step 3
Put it into a dust-free spraying room and dry it at low temperature in an oven
Step 4
There will be manual inspection to ensure that the surface is fully adhered.
Step 5
Natural drying
Step 6
Compare the color cards to see if there is any color difference.
Step 7
Check whether the surface spraying meets the standard through professional instruments.
